The families that stay with us cite the evening meal as one of the most helpful benefits of staying at the Ronald McDonald House. The opportunity to be close as a family and participate in a normal family ritual while in the midst of a not normal situation is comforting and relaxing.

Meal Volunteers provide an evening meal 365 days each year for our families. They prepare for 30 - 35 people and may prepare the meal at the Ronald McDonald House or prepare the meal off-site and bring it to the house. Dinner is served at 6:30 pm by our evening volunteers, so the guest chefs may stay or leave as their schedule permits.

Give a gift to provide families with the nourishment of a homecooked meal. Our Meals That Heal program, with Meal Adoptions and Mission Experiences helps equip families with strength & energy so they can support their sick child in Hospital.

ADOPT A MEAL

	Adopt a BREAKFAST ($350 Sponsorship) Our in-house culinary team will prepare the meal that you have sponsored and our families will enjoy a home-cooked meal courtesy of your generosity.
	Adopt a dinner ($500 Sponsorship) Our in-house culinary team will prepare the meal that you have sponsored and our families will enjoy a home-cooked meal courtesy of your generosity.
	ADOPT A holiday DINNER ($2000 Sponsorship) From Diwali to Rosh Hashana, and from Thanksgiving to Easter Sunday, adopt a holiday dinner to celebrate culture in the House.
	ADOPT Hospital Family Room Snacks ($400 Sponsorship) Did you know RMHCSCO has two Family Rooms in McMaster Children's Hospital? Help provide our 150 000 + yearly Family Room visitors with snacks throughout their long days, from coffee and muffins, to-go lunches, or quick snacks to grab between appointments.

Mission Experience ($1000 Sponsorship)

Our Mission Experience is an employee engagement & retention opportunity you can feel proud to participate in. Let us buy the groceries and you get to help our chefs make dinner for families staying at the House. Each Mission Experience includes lunch with your team and an immersive, behind-the-scenes House tour.

The health and wellbeing of our guest families, staff, and the communities in which we serve are, and always will be, our priority.

Cater-A-Meal

Order a meal and have it delivered directly to the Ronald McDonald House on your scheduled date. Contact our Director of House Operations, Leilani Kitchings, at 254-770-0910 to reserve your date.

• Food must be prepared in a licensed kitchen.

• Food can be delivered hot or cold as long as it is fully cooked and can be reheated in our kitchen.
• Plan to feed approximately 20 people.
• Dinner meals should be delivered by 5:30 p.m.
• No serving supplies or beverages are needed.
• Delivery to the House is easy. Just pull up to the front door at 2415 South 47th Street, Temple, TX 76504 and call 254-770-0910 and we will come out. You can also have the restaurant of your choosing deliver to us, if available.

Sponsor-A-Meal

You can Sponsor-A-Meal with a $200 donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Temple and we will order food for a night in your name. Sponsors will be acknowledged on signage the night your meal is served.

Guest Chef Volunteering Updates:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, RMHC has suspended our on-site Guest Chef program. We continue to closely monitor this situation to ensure the steps we take are in the best interest of the families we serve. In the meantime, please consider catering or donating a meal to the House.
