Basic outline for writing a Sorority Letter of Support:

1. Paragraph 1. ​ I ntroduce the potential member. Include information about the

potential member’s family members belonging to this sorority.

2. Paragraph 2. ​ I nclude character and personality traits, and awards merited by the

potential member. Add involvement in a major fundraiser and the potential

member’s leadership and activities.

3. Paragraph 3. Show the potential member’s participation in community service.

Show the potential member’s scholarship and geographical/class balance.

4. Paragraph 4. Give your relationship to the potential member and her ability to

meet the financial obligations of the sorority.
