What I don’t appreciate I being charged $29.99 for an oil change when there is a special and a coupon being run for $19.99. I was told it was applied but upon further inspection of the receipt, it was not. I was also appalled at the labor rates at which it cost to change a windshield wiper and a license plate light, only one of which I asked to be done. These guys care about you and your car. They always show you what they did, even if you have no clue what they are talking about. And if you have questions, they are always willing to answer, no matter how busy they are. I won't go to another mechanic ever again.. I feel completely comfortable having my Lexus serviced at this location. My shocks needed to be replaced to fix a squeak, and they replaced them FOR FREE -- parts AND labor! Mike Moody (the manager) is the kind of guy who is a pain in the a** if you work for him because he is always checking up on everything. But he ensures that customers are satisfied with the service Midas provides. You can tell that Mike is fussy about your vehicle... just take a look at this motorcycle parked next to the building.
