August 19, 2022 I needed an oil change plus NYS Inspection (I only recently learned that this service is available at Valvoline Instant Oil Change).I drove up around 5:10pm, less than an hour before they close, and asked about the services. I was greeted with smile, and told it would only be an extra couple of minutes because the technician who does the NYS Inspections was currently servicing a vehicle.The entire staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I waited in the office, and my car was in and out in maybe 15-20 min, and I was very happy w/ the price. I usually bring my car to the dealership, but think I will using this location more often, instead. August 17, 2022 Fair price, fast, friendly staff, thorough August 15, 2022 I was highly satisfied with this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location because from the time I pulled into the driveway until the time I pulled out of the service bay, I was treated with respect by everyone involved. When the attendant came over to me and my vehicle, I let him know that I needed an oil change and my air filters needed to be changed. He was very polite and attentive. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I pulled into the service bay. He and another attendant then started the process of checking out my vehicle's needs. They checked all of my lights, all of my fluids and then checked the air pressure in all of my tires. After checking everything, they recommended that I have my air conditioning system charged, since it had not been done in 6 years. I was not pressured to have this done, but I decided to have it recharged. It only added an additional 10 minutes or so to have the system recharged, so it was not time consuming at all. After the recharging was completed, they showed me the oil dipstick so I could see that the oil was set to the correct level in my engine. The payment process was easy, as I was allowed to use a coupon to get a discounted price. Thank you. August 15, 2022 Manager greeted me, loved the team energy and very solid group.
