exhaust. There is bit of flat on tube where it touches exhaust, I believe this is my leak! Now what I can think is that there is clamp that was holding this line to somewhere but that bolt or screw has either broken off or one of my mechanic forgot to attach in past or etc etc.

Nice work on doing some troubleshooting before coming to the forums though, we all appreciate that! From the looks of it I definitely wouldn't say that's an easy fix, going to take some work to get the hose out. If you don't have much experience working on cars I would recommend taking it to a shop. Here is all I could come up with showing where that bracket is supposed to bolt, hopefully that's enough to go on. It would be the bolt/bracket on the right (labeled A).
