We are happy with our purchase. It fits perfectly in the space provided in our kitchen. We are not concerned with all the bells and whistles which comes with more higher priced appliances. It is only the two of us. Yet, one nevers knows if their grown children may get laid off and need a place to stay during the pandemic. Our only concern was that we had initially ordered it on November 11, 2020; of which we were able to preselect a scheduled delivery on November 27, 2020. Unfortunately, they'd rescheduled it on December 30, 2020. This is after we received a call the afternoon prior to the 27th of November in which were provided an actual window of time that it should be delivered. When it did not arrive as anticipated, we followed up with the contracted delivery service, and discovered that they had no record of it. As a result it was rescheduled. We were frustrated that no one followed up with us. They just changed the status of the delivery date on Wayfair. We had purchased a smaller 10.1 cu refrigerator until this one arrived. It is now in our garage for extra storage. Wayfair did attempt to reach GE to get answers; yet, got transferred to the wrong department. We both gave up. I would've given a rating of 5 stars on the product. Yet, the initial customer service received in November failed us with their excuse and didn't offer any type of resolution, such as a coveted part (ice maker) ; nor discount for our inconveinence..
