Los Cabos environment fee takes effect on September 6th, all hotels in Los Cabos municipality will begin collecting the Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental at the moment of check-in or upon check-out. It is 33.68 pesos per room per night. From Aug. 1, 2022, to Dec 1, 2022, the area adjacent to the Pool 1, 2, and 3 will be refurbished. During this time, there will be construction around the pool area and the paths around the pool will be partially closed. All resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. The current status of resort amenities and services is subject to change at any time due to governmental requirements and/or changes to operating guidelines. Please continue to check this website frequently for updates prior to your upcoming reservation. We are continuing to take steps to gradually restore previously closed or modified amenities and services across the resort.
