I found the process smooth and versatile; it was easy to maneuver among various features of the app. Aesthetic and functional main page and menu options. At first, I wished that all of the toppings were visible without the need to choose "See All" for both meats and veggies, but I liked that each category stayed open for a while after choosing the option- perhaps even better. It's convenient... when it works, which is slightly less than half the time. The UI is clean and easy to understand, but the app crashes nearly every time I use it, and half the functions don't work. I've never successfully been able to use my point rewards through the app, it always tells me "something went wrong". It stutters between every page it has to load, and it isn't particularly fast. Leaving a customer service complaint is impossible. I am signed in;however, when leaving feedback about an experience is impossible...it doesn't recognize that I'm logged in, but if I go anywhere else on the app, then it shows I'm signed in. Great cust service feedback option...let's make sure it doesn't work, so we can think we're doing well.
