I have had nothing but problems since I began banking with this credit union.
They lost my credit card in the mail TWICE. Then told me to come pick it up at the bank because they could not figure out my address? (Amazon, USPS, UPS never had any problems).
They seem to be biased when it comes to handing out credit limits and auto loans. My friend (male) was able to get a credit limit of 15000 right off the bat. They only offered me (female) 2500.
Furthermore, same friend was able to get an auto loan for less than 2% whereas I was told I wasn't approved for an auto loan at all. We both have similar financial backgrounds and 780+ credit scores.
Talking to representatives doesn't help. They just say it's the algorithm and they take "everything into account".
I am currently shopping around for a better bank that doesn't discriminate, unknowingly or otherwise.
