Cons:I wish the shuttle ran all night. An airport taxi severely overcharged us putting in a horrible mood before entering the hotel. $12.75 for 1 mile (less than 5 minutes) is terrible. Next time I will walk. The mini fridge in the room reaked of onions. Other than that the stay was nice Pros:Close to the airport, free shuttle to & from airport, reasonably priced, surprisingly good continental breakfast, staff was very nice & helpful, room was fairly quiet, bed was fairly comfortable. Cons:Toilet did not always flush very well, bathroom smelled a bit funny, not a fan of the pillows (short & fat) although my wife liked them. Pros:Cleanliness, neat room, staff was friendly. Cons:Breakfast was very packed, we passed up the street each time we went back. Pros:Nice and friendly staff, very busy, the hotel was completely booked but check in and check out was very smooth. Cons:The breakfast was very unorganized.. there was no sense of structure and everything keept running the 1st morning...NOT ENOUGH SITTING AREA EITHER the 2nd morning we got up early and made plates to take up to the room. . Pros:I had to book this place last minute because my flight got diverted to San Antonio because of storms. For the price I wasn't expecting much, but the place was extremely clean, comfortable and had great amenities. The front desk staff were awesome and let me know that the shuttle could take me to eat at some select places to eat and that there was a Chinese food place that delivered. It's also right next door to a Specs which after a long hectic flight was a welcome development. The shuttle form the airport showed up quickly after I called from the airport. I thought I'd be able to hear a lot of noise and planes from the hotel, but it was surprisingly quiet. If I find myself flying into San Antonio I'd definitely stay there again! Pros:Location was great, close to the airport, restaurants and a walmart. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with checking in and out. Overall just a really great hotel experience. I would definitely stay there again. Cons:The only drawback was the pillows in our room. They weren't that comfortable, but only a minor setback. Pros:I love the staff n the commute Cons:I got attacked by bed bugs and they didn't even offer to comp my sayu of n e thing. Cons:Upon check in I was told that because I booked through an online 3rd party they couldn't guarantee my room preference. AND I was told that I just happened to have secured the last room available and I was lucky I showed up when I did. I asked for a king bed, I got 2 double beds and I asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that was surrounded by 'smoking rooms' (why do those even exist anymore?). I usually book directly with hotels - because this is not the first time I have used a third party for hotel reservations only to be treated poorly by hotel staff and/or not end up with what I booked. Pros:Very good customer service, the room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Cons:Construction going on in the lobby very messy looking unorganized.
