For consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:

All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Money Refunded – No Exchanges. In the event of postponement of the event the ticket will be honored on the date the event is held.

Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.

WARNING! HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, XORBIA, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES. This ticket is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentarily, this ticket shall not be exchangeable.

IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE APPLICABLE EVENT, MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE A REFUND PROVIDED THAT YOU ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT, WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT, TO ATTEND A RESCHEDULED PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME EVENT OR TO EXCHANGE THIS TICKET FOR A TICKET, COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND LOCATION, TO ANOTHER SIMILAR EVENT AS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW.

This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game, performance, exhibition or event for which this ticket is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.

In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise.

There are a variety of volunteer roles available to be involved in the festival, from the intimate celebrity Master Classes and festival operations, to the Auction Committee, admissions, beverage/culinary serving opportunities and general ambassadors for wayfinding and guest relations.

You must be 21 years of age or older to volunteer for the festival. Volunteers receive a souvenir Georgia Food + Wine Festival apron and an opportunity to enjoy the event in which they are volunteering after their shift ends – or even free event ticket opportunities, depending upon the number of volunteer hours a volunteer can commit. Volunteers that participate in volunteering over 12 hours in a variety of volunteer roles/shifts will earn a free “Sunday Funday/Oyster Roast VIP Lounge” ticket.

Volunteer attire includes black pants/shorts/skirts with collared white shirts. Depending upon the event (seated dinners, Master Classes, brunch, etc. will require long pants and long-sleeved collared shirts). All volunteers are not allowed to drink any alcoholic beverages while volunteering, will be required to wear closed-toe shoes and must sign a waiver of liability.

Volunteer aprons and credentials will need to be removed before participating in event tastings. A special discount Promo code will be provided to volunteers for opportunities to purchase Georgia Food + Wine Festival tickets. You will receive your promo code after signing-up for your volunteer shift.

There will be a mandatory attendance Volunteer Orientation Session scheduled on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 6 – 7 pm at Jim R. Miller Park event facility. Each volunteer will receive their festival credentials and apron at the Volunteer Orientation session.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday events are for adults 21 & older; Sunday events are family-friendly
