I usually don’t write reviews whether I’m happy with the product or not. I’m writing this because of the outstanding support I got from this seller. So I bought this screen and assembled it and tested. For the test I just opened the Home Screen held an icon and dragged it throughout the screen to make sure the icon could go across the whole phone. That’s usually all I do for the test, I was happy with it and fully installed it. After installation I noticed when I was typing it would hit the wrong key sometimes. Similar to one of the bad reviews on here, just no where near as bad as his. After fully installing I thought I had to deal with it now. It was a little annoyance, but not to bad since I don’t type much anyway. It wasn’t until I had to take notes a lot that it started to bother me. Anyway I found the sellers email and decided to email them about my problem. They responded in less than 24 hours and asked for a video of the problem. I sent them a screen recording of the problem and they again responded in less than 24 hours and let me know they were shipping me a new replacement screen immediately. By the way this was 6 months after my return window had closed. I got the new screen 2 days later and it’s what I’m using to write this review with. I’ve fixed many phones and sometimes you do get a defected product. It happens sometimes, doesn’t mean all the screens from this seller will be defected. All I know is this screen is great! Beautiful resolution like OLED, I thought I’d notice a big difference, but I don’t. Great touch response, force touch works great. It’s OEM quality, I don’t notice any difference from the original screen compared to this one. I will definitely be buying more screens from this seller in the future if I need too. When you test the screen check the typing before fully assembling, and don’t make the mistake I did. Also they didn’t even ask me for the defected screen back, so that’s awesome if I really break my screen, I can put that back on until I can get a replacement. For the people complaining, I wouldn’t listen to them, you can send back for replacement/refund, and I easily found their email to contact them. Definitely a need to be very, very careful on using the correct tool or run the risk of stripping screws. Once installed, I was really impressed at the screen. After using for a few weeeks, I noticed that the screen seemed ever so slightly dimmer than the apple original. The biggest issue on my replacement was a faster daily battery drain. Nothing that would render the screen unusable, but I now have to do a little more "battery management" throughout the day. I never had to do this with my original screen. One last note is that I seem to be miss-typing a lot more than with my old, Apple, screen. I think the sensors on this screen are not quite as precise as the original Apple screen.
