Homelink light does not light up. I’ve held the outer buttons for over a minute and no solid or flashing light. I’ve held the garage door opener right next to it and held the first button down but still no light and it doesn’t work. It’s like there is no power to the system. The mirror light works though. The Jeep was in run. Anyone else have this problem

Mine worked. You said Jeep was powered. Did you check that all the fuses are pushed all the way in? Joined Jul 27, 2021 · 22 Posts
like others have said, if it is the only system with no power, and the vehicle ignition is on or running, then it is either a fuse or the system is broken. You should get lights pushing any button.
Evening all I know I'm not crazy, but I have tried reading the manual forwards and backward. I've even tried magic. I still cannot get the Homelink system to work with my garage door openers or the gate remote to my development. Is there some simple process that eludes me to correct this? Liftmaster 3280 model with a rolling code

Worked first try for me. There are videos on YouTube showing the process. However I feel you pain. I was never able to program the HomeLink on my last GM vehicle or current Lexus. Just would not work.

Mine didn't work when I was parked in the garage and I tried it a bunch of times. Finally tried while parked in the driveway and it worked first try. 🤷♂️ Joined 11 mo ago · 1,224 Posts
My RAM wasn't compatible with my liftmaster B550, required some sort of gateway i never purchased. So possibly yours isn't compatible. The same opener works great with the Jeep though.
