How to get porn on apple tv

Apple TV+ is growing fast with the kind of content that makes Netflix blush with its quality.

Thankfully, they've also made it incredibly easy to access with a bunch of opportunities to freely watch what they have on offer for an absolute steal of a price.

But with Apple ever-growing, the introduction of Apple One just arriving and with the influx of streaming services making it impossible to keep track of what's where, we can understand why you might be thinking twice about adding more to your monthly bill.

But never fear, Digital Spy is here to cut through the jargon, the price tags and the swarm of online streaming content to give it to you straight.

Here's everything you need to know about Apple TV+ and why it might be the one for you.

Apple TV

Apple TV+ is one of the cheapest available subscription services in the UK, coming in at just £4.99 a month – a bargain compared to the leading competitors. Prime Video is currently £8.99 a month and Netflix is £10.99 a month for the typical package.

If you're unsure about whether or not it's worth it, the service offers a one-week free trial as part of its preliminary deal. So if you don't like it, you can cancel it before you start getting charged.

On top of that, while it's not guaranteed for all original content, a lot of their shows give you the opportunity to watch the first episode for free anyway to tempt you into the full subscription.

As well as this, whenever you buy a new Apple device (or get your phone upgraded), you're allowed a three-month free trial of any other Apple service. So if you're thinking of getting an iPad, iPhone or Macbook, you can choose Apple Music, Apple Arcade or Apple TV+ to try out.

Finally, if you're a student and sign up to their Apple Music plan, then Apple TV+ comes free as well (up to four years, which is nothing to be sniffed at).

Apple One is another service that is available which incorporates Apple TV+ into a full-bundle deal with other Apple services.

The service combines access to Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade and iCloud.

Payments start at £14.95 a month.

So while it's a bit more on the expensive side, it could also be a nice little saver if you're signing up to these things separately anyway.

Apple TV+ has definitely favoured quality over quantity when making original series.

It's paid off massively too – with a number of shows that have become firm favourites since its launch.

Most obviously, there's the heartwarming Ted Lasso, a story about an American tasked with managing the struggling AFC Richmond back to premiere league status. The third season is currently in production and is due (hopefully) by the end of the year.

The Morning Show is one of the first shows the service launched with, and has proved an awards darling. Based around an early morning news series and its anchors, it stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

But there really is something for everyone on the site. Love a musical? Then try out Schmigadoon! – a love letter to golden era Hollywood starring SNL'sCecily Strong and Keegan Michael-Key. Want a psychological thriller? Then Severance starring Parks and Rec's Adam Scott is the one for you, becoming a major online talking point when it debuted at the beginning of 2022.

If you're a true crime nut, then Truth Be Told starring Octavia Spencer is the one for you, and focuses on a podcaster turned detective when her side hustle gets a little too real and close to home.

Taron Egerton stars in true-crime retelling Black Bird. Inspired by a true story, it focuses on drug dealer Jimmy Keene, who's offered freedom from prison if he can coax a confession and burial location out of suspected serial killer Larry Hall. It's also the final series Ray Liotta worked on before his death earlier this year.

Coming up, there's dark-comedy Bad Sisters starring UK talent including Sex Education'sAnne Marie Duff, Catastrophe'sSharon Horgan and Behind Her Eyes'Eve Hewson, which tells the story of a group of sisters who band together to take down one of their miserable other halves.

Or if you want something a little more light-hearted, then we recommend the adorably sweet Trying, starring Rafe Spall and Esther Smith as a couple living in Camden who are fighting their way through the adoption process to get the family they're craving.

Apple TV+ is also chock full of original movies that you can't watch anywhere else.

As for their original content, high up on the list of must-watches is CODA, the Oscar-winning film that took home Best Picture at the 2022 Academy Awards. The film follows the 17-year-old Ruby, the only hearing member of a deaf family who is torn between duty to her loved ones and her desire to pursue a singing career.

There's also a professional stage production of musical Come From Away, which centres on the true story of a small town suddenly inundated with people when planes are diverted to them following the 9/11 attacks.

Dakota Johnson stars in Cha Cha Real Smooth, which follows a newly graduated wannabe poet as he tries to find his place in the world. He finds it thanks to Bar Mitzvahs and his ability to get a party going – and through the mother of a child he meets at one such event.

Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell will be teaming up at the end of the year for Christmas movie, Spirited.

Apple

As is the case with most streaming services now, you can download the app straight onto your telly which makes everything super easy to access.

Most smart TVs have the availability to do this. However, if you have an old TV, don't fret, because there are other ways to get it on your screen.

Streaming service sticks such as Amazon Fire and Roku all have the add-on option for no extra cost to you and works in the same way as if it were an app on a Smart TV.

Games consoles including PlayStation and Xbox also have this available to you.

Alternatively, if you have a Chromecast, you can broadcast the shows straight from Google Chrome to your telly. So there's no excuse not to at least give it a little try out.

Apple TV+ is available on subscription from £4.99 a month, with a seven-day free trial.
