Rating: Unrated 03/23/2017 Hmmmm...very very close to "my recipe"! I was told by a neighbor that my wings were the best they ever had!!! This one looks good ;) Martha Stewart Member Rating: 4 stars 02/12/2017 Everyone at our party really liked these wings. No dipping sauce necessary. I made one adjustment to the recipe. The wings needed at least an extra ten minutes to cook. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 09/04/2013 This is a great recipe, my girlfriend cooked it for me after we got some herbal incense Advertisement Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/05/2012 Wow! These wings were delicious! The only thing I wouldn't do again is use foil on the pans. I used a cooking spray, hoping it would eliminate any sticking, but they still did. We enjoyed them anyway. We will make these tasty wings again! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/28/2011 Whole family went crazy for these! Definitely a fave in this house. I did sub orange juice for the lemon juice & all purpose seasoning in lieu of the thyme and they were fantastic! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 03/22/2011 Okay, I forgot to come back and comment...these were great!!! My kids both said they were the best wings I ever made...and I must agree. I didn't bother cutting the wings, I just made full wings, and the only change I would do is more cayenne next time...maybe double it. I really recomend these wings...very tasty and very easy to make. Advertisement Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 03/17/2011 These look really good. Gonna try them tonight. Will let you know how it goes. Looks nice and easy also. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/07/2011 The best wings. Easy to make ahead of time, just add melted butter right before cooking. A really nice break from the usual over sauced wings. Make extra because they go quickly. I served with Blue Cheese dressing. Tasty! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/07/2011 Fantatic. I put the wings in plastic with a little rub the night before cooking. I used all of the other ingredints. Everybody loved them. I cooked five pounds for four people and they went. Try them-they are special. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/24/2010 This is probably one of the best wing recipes I've found. So flavorful, and they still have that great kick without having to use a greasy buffalo sauce. And, since the oven temp is so high, they get super crispy in no time! Much better than haveing to flip them constantly for an hour! 04/07/2022 Everyone’s favorite finger food is easy to make at home. How To Tell When Wings Are Cooked? The best way to check for doneness is to use an instant-read thermometer. Chicken is cooked when the temperature has reached 165°F (74°C). Note: Be sure to insert the probe into the thickest part of the wing, avoiding the bone. If you don’t have a thermometer, pierce a wing and check to see if the juices run clear. The meat should not be red or pink. It should also be firm to the touch and the skin should be darker in color and crispy.
