How do you check your gift card balance

You can review all changes to your balance in the transaction section of your Balance Page, including order IDs or serial numbers.
  • Your Gift Card balance doesn’t include possible promotional certificates added to your account.
  • Please review the Gift Card Redemption Conditions to make sure that your item is eligible, when your balance is not provided as payment method during checkout.

    If you want to know when and why your gift card balance changed, please check your statement for relevant details.

    To view your Amazon.sg Gift Card balance:

    1. Go to Your Account.
    2. Select Gift cards and view the balance on any of your Amazon.sg Gift Cards.

      To check the balance on a gift card, go to the website listed on the back of the card. Then, enter the relevant information, such as your card's number and the expiration date. Next, click "Submit," and view your balance on the next page. If you can't check your balance online, call the company using the phone number on the back of the card.
