Overnight stayBobbyP278 , FAMILY Sep 16, 2022 Small room but clean. First time in NY and traffic is crazy. Lots to see and do. Going on to Canada from here if nothing happens. New York is a great place to visit if that's your thing. Hotel has breakfast, a bar and lots of other amenities. The Mgrs, Ashley, and Francisco were very helpful, friendly and accommodating to us. Jade,Jeniyah, Janeel, Yolanda, Johnnie, Antonio, and Axel were wonderful!! They were all very helpful to us in mapping out directions, whenever we asked, to places we wanted to visit and bus routes to take. They were all very friendly and happy that we were enjoying NYC!! We enjoyed the full hot breakfast each morning, and the friendly kitchen dining room staff Karriema, Rosie, and Natashia! They were great! The Bartenders Wendy and Eli were very nice and friendly to us when we chatted with them at the end of the night while having a nightcap! Overall our experience staying at this hotel was awesome! We give the hotel and entire staff 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and look forward to staying there when we vacation in NYC again!!! They attend all your demands and the situation is nice to visit Manhattan with a bus stop near to go to Columbus Circle. Rooms are comfortably and clean and the shower fantastic after a hard day in NY! ....near central park....lara3426 , FAMILY Jul 13, 2022 the only positive thing is that the hotel is close to central park, for the rest: 1) elevators waited up to 20 minutes, always full of people despite the prohibitions 2) non-existent masks 3) chaotic breakfast, too many people, nobody disinfected their hands and many people touched things with their hands. Continental breakfast very poor. 4) very small rooms for 4, with two "double" beds where two children could sleep well but not two adults. 5) you had to book the room cleaning (????) 6) reception ... any request was subject to a fee, even a simple loaned umbrella |
