Eyerly Ball offers a full continuum of mental health services and treatment to meet the needs of our community, from family and individual counseling to outpatient care for all ages. Additional services include Mental Health Medication Management, Mental Health Therapy, Family Therapy, Mobile Crisis, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Community Support Services (CSS), Integrated Health Home (IHH), Crisis Stabilization Community Based Services (CSCBS), First Episode Psychosis Program (RESTORE). Eyerly Ball has multiple locations. Services may vary between locations. Please call your local facility to verify services.

Eyerly Ball is a non-profit organization that provides mental health services to individuals in Polk, Story, Boone, Marshall, Hamilton, Hardin, Franklin, Jasper, Poweshiek, Madison, Warren, and Greene counties.

All of the services provided by Eyerly Ball aim to help our clients maintain all aspects of their well being so that they can lead healthy, productive lives as active members of our community. Eyerly Ball is leading the way in providing integrated healthcare and coordinating the health, wellness, and recovery treatment needed by our clients.

Eyerly Ball staff are highly specialized clinicians and professionals dedicated to top-quality, outcome-driven services provided with exceptional care. We strive to provide the support and compassion needed to make real and lasting changes in the lives of those we serve.

Eyerly Ball has services available for a wide array of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, chronic mental illness, substance abuse, and more. Depending on the severity of need, Eyerly Ball offers outpatient therapy and psychiatric services, community-based treatment, and residential services.
