Mission

The Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception is a religious congregation of more than 500 priests and brothers in 19 countries around the world. We are faithful to the Holy Father and embrace the official teachings of the Catholic Church as we live out our identity and fulfill our mission, which includes the following:
• Spreading devotion to Mary as the Immaculate Conception.
• Praying for the Holy Souls in Purgatory, especially the victims of war and disease.
• Operating publishing apostolates and assisting where the need is greatest in parishes, shrines, schools, and missions.
• Promoting the Divine Mercy message and devotion.

      Marian devotions are external pious practices directed to the person of Mary, mother of God, by members of certain Christian traditions. They are performed in Catholicism, High Church Lutheranism, Anglo-Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy and Oriental Orthodoxy, but generally rejected in other Christian denominations.

      This includes programs that help raise funds to support the education and training of future Marian Priests and Brothers, and provide the basic necessities of food, clothing, and shelter for Marian priests and brothers around the world.

      Who is Blessed George?

      Blessed George, true apostle of his homeland of Lithuania, died after an appendix operation in Kaunas on 27 January 1927 at the age of 56. Throngs of people came to mourn him, all the church bells of Kaunas pealed a final farewell.
