What is a Marian service?Marian devotions are external pious practices directed to the person of Mary, mother of God, by members of certain Christian traditions. They are performed in Catholicism, High Church Lutheranism, Anglo-Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy and Oriental Orthodoxy, but generally rejected in other Christian denominations.
What do Marian Helpers do?This includes programs that help raise funds to support the education and training of future Marian Priests and Brothers, and provide the basic necessities of food, clothing, and shelter for Marian priests and brothers around the world.
Who is Blessed George?Blessed George, true apostle of his homeland of Lithuania, died after an appendix operation in Kaunas on 27 January 1927 at the age of 56. Throngs of people came to mourn him, all the church bells of Kaunas pealed a final farewell.
