small kibble, medium palatability but not fully switched over yet

My vet recommended this food for my little dog who'd been eating prescription Royal Canin food for her tummy after she began digging at her face, etc., due to allergies. She said it would take 4-6 weeks on it, without any other treats or food to know if it helped. However, since my 6 lb-er has severe GI reactions to diet changes, I've taken extra long to switch her over and, in fact, still have her on a combination of both foods. So far I've noticed-1- It has a small kibble. 2- My little garbage can only wants it when she's starving (often) or it's mixed with canned. Beyond that, I can't say if it works yet.

Very upset.

I'm so sad to say this, but I cannot recommend this food due to the fact that I have gotten an infestation of wheat weevils from it... I've been told that this has happened before with Purina yet they continue to not make any changes in their factory environment. I truly loved this food, it worked very well for my old boy, my vet has told me how great he looks + how well his weight is now, but now I have since switched to another food. Please do better.

GSD prefer this one

I have a picky eater, I've gone through 10 different brands and they seemed to like the this one the best. I switched to bigger kibble same flavor, same sensitive skin and stomach but for bigger dogs. My GSD prefers this one over it. Highly Recommended

Sensitive dog food

Unfortunately for me with our extremely sensitive pups this food has not been the stomach fix for us. I'm certain it is a high quality food and our dogs both like the taste but has not been good for tummies. Purina is a quality dog food and our pups were on Bella for years but cannot find it any longer

Best food for my babies!

I love this food, I tried another fancier one but my babies prefer this one and it's good for their digestion and I like the fact that it's chicken free and it's perfect for one of my dogs that it's allergic to poultry... price is right!! highly recommend!!

Great Product

I have a fur baby with skin problems and allergic to who knows what. I've been slowly introducing the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Stomach. He seems to be scratching and licking less!!!

Pup loves it!

Bought this for my 20month old ITALIAN GREYHOUND. He really enjoys it and it seems to carry him over until the next meal without look for more food from his brother’s bowl. :) Definitely feel the lamb formula is more helpful for his lean physique, too!

Very Good Dogfood

This kind of Purina Pro Plan works well with my Rat Terrier / Russell mix furbaby. I have been using it for several years, and he has not had as many skin or stomach issues. The stomach issues have cleared up, and he only occasionally has some dry, flaky skin. I was never a Purina fan in the past, but our veterinarian recommended this brand when Nicholaus was young.

She likes it

I purchased this after talking to my vet’s office. I was switching from a prescription food that I’d been getting for my dogs, only one of whom needed it. That dog, sadly, passed away. My younger remaining dog who is a chihuahua jack Russell mix seems to like this since I’ve been mixing it in with the old food. Keeping my fingers crossed.
