I would like to promote involvement, streamline communication, and encourage creativity and innovation. We will work to do the following: Promote involvement by reducing the cultural tension and focus more on innovation. Create a communication plan by providing clear, consistent messaging, and access to information and supporting resources. I look forward to a successful year and working with everyone!
