Cons:Everything, since cleanliness to actually working fixtures, and the worst thing ever is that I found dirty male underwear under the bed sheets!!! and I bring my 6 month old baby to this awful hotel, we only use one of the two double beds, it was very uncomfortable, I will never stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone, people stay away!. Pros:Breakfast was ok, everything else was not good. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Pictures are deceiving. I truly felt u comfortable being there because of how bad it was, but already paid full price upon booking and was traveling from out of town. Do not stay here. Cons:The room smelled terrible like mildue and mold, the bed had stains on it and was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was so small and falling apart, we couldn’t shut bathroom door without the bottom almost falling off, the shower was awful and wouldn’t turn off, the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain down, we were locked out 3 times because the key didn’t work. Spend more to stay somewhere else. It was a great family vacation that was negatively impacted by this awful hotel. I will be calling corporate office. Cons:I called guest services multiple times during my trip to alert them of my eta. The first time I was told they would make a note on my reservation and NOT count me as a no show. The second time, I gave an update and learned I was billed as in fact a no show...but could be corrected. When I got to desk, there was literally no communication, notes, or even my paperwork pulled from the last call of being ten minutes out. So....I got charged by both Kayak AND LaQuinta, so at 3:00 a.m., I am making calls trying to get this all cleared up. Front desk was better organized and on top of things by a.m., and within the next few days I will be able to see if charges are dismissed, but I do wish this would have been handled better. Pros:The location was great, easy to get on the highway. The staff was very professional and helped with any needs I had. Cons:The shower was not clean, there was hair on the walls from the previous room holder. Pros:My room had a bed to sleep in for me and my fiancé Cons:The ugly stain on the sheets right near our pillows between us.... Pros:Easy access to highway , price Cons:The quality of hotel. I have stayed at many La Quintas and this by far was the on the lower end. The rooms were semi clean- stains in carpet and curtains, bathroom floors weren't mopped, shortage of towels, ac filters were dirty, ac was working overtime to keep room cool, no fridge or microwave in room this is a neccesity with kids on vacation, pool was relaxing but crowded every night. Breakfast needed some protein like bacon or sausage not just carbs- waffles, muffins and cereal. Plus side everything was accessible with a short drive - sea world, restraunts, etc......
