Each guest room at this non-smoking Sedona hotel has air-conditioning and a heater for those cold winter months and features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, in-room fridge & microwave, and high-speed WiFi.
Our family-sized rooms feature 2 double beds that can accommodate up to 4 adults. Couples can enjoy our rooms with plush King-sized beds. Traveling with a group? Check out our newly renovated Suite rooms with a King-sized bed and Sofa bed or Double bed ensuite. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day.
Suites, as well as handicapped-accessible, are available. All of our guestrooms are ADA Defined service-animal friendly. Every room includes a private bathroom equipped with a bath or shower. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hair dryer.
Many of our second-floor rooms offer small balconies with views of the distant Red Rocks. Sorry, we do not allow pets at GreenTree Inn Sedona.

Great Hotel in West Sedona away from the maddening crowds yet right near everything. Hotel has nice amenities, a peaceful feel and pleasant grounds and landscaping. I really enjoyed my stay there and would stay at the GreenTree Inn next time I am in Sedona.

Older property, but clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. Card reader lock went out on our room. They moved us to a different room so we weren't inconvenienced.

Very convenient to all restaurants. We visited Tuzigoot and Montezuma's Castle, took a star gazing tour and a bus tour of Sedona's sights, history and shopping. Maps supplied at the desk provided an overview of the surrounding area.

The rooms were clean and quiet, but basic. a microwave was provided and the first level private patio was sub grade, like a daylight basement, so we had a view of whatever was parked outside from our private patio. Breakfast included some microwave omelettes, breads, bagels, yogurt and cereal choices.

Cozy little rooms with great views and accessibility to town and hiking. I liked the K-cup pods available for coffee in the am. Many options for breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff.

Awesome people at the check in! Helped us with what ever we needed. Room was great. Bathroom was small but no complaints cause we only used it to shower. Everything was awesome would stay there again!

We were very pleased with everything about this visit! The rooms were a nice size, even for the 3 of us. We enjoyed our dinner on our little patio with a beautiful view of the mountains and loved the nice little breakfast offered by the hotel! Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay near shopping center as well as to the numerous trailheads in Sedona. Our room was both comfortable and spacious for our needs. The only issue was a desk lamp was missing in the room and an extra table would have been nice to have in the room. Otherwise, a good value for our needs.

Everything was clean, fresh and new. The grounds were lovely and the location was excellent. Upper Sedona and Sedona State Park were a quick drive. The breakfast bar was convenient, with nice choices and comfortable seating. The staff was polite and professional. Check in/out was easy using an automated system.
