facilities Room was fine and building was clean. The staff was just lacking. Housekeeping was in my room when I arrived sitting in a chair doing administrative work. Was surprised when I arrived. Left quickly, but left her phone charging so I had to find her and return it to her. The service on the rooftop bar was lacking. I waited 20 mins after ordering for my drink, and when I checked in on it the bartender told me it was in the lineup and
she’d get to it in the order it was received. ten minutes later I ask another employee to check for me. He said he would “when he had a sec”. Finally received the drink 35 mins after it was ordered, but was told I had to hurry because they were closing. The following evening the restaurant downstairs had similar service. It took multiple pass-bys from bartenders before anyone took our order. It took a long time for the order to come out and then it was incorrect so we had to wait longer. All the

facilities Stayed here for a week. The room was quiet and clean with all the comforts of home; seemed slightly smaller than other Residence Inns I've stayed at. Hotel shares the same building as a Courtyard hotel and it can confuse some Uber/Taxi drivers. Rooftop lounge was nice with a view of the capital building. Hotel is walking distance to the National Mall, but after walking it a few times, Uber was a better choice for my feet. Only
complaint was the breakfast; it had limited choices and was pretty much the same every day. The breakfast sandwiches were edible, but after the second day they were less than appealing. Hotel staff was very friendly and the concierge Anthony was awesome! Stayed 8 nights in Jul 20224/5 Good
