Cons:Better updates rooms. Better breakfast

Pros:This hotel was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in ever. Every area we encountered was sparkling clean. The staff was very helpful and professional...I asked for a few special requests that they were happy to help with. I’m not a fan of indoor pools but this was an exception. Was incredibly clean, no gross towels laying around or puddles of water. Water was perfect temperature and it was quiet and peaceful. Location was convenient to both the airport and downtown.

Pros:The rooms were very clean. Great service by all the staff. Made to order I let in the worming was the best. I’ll be back!

Cons:Nothing

Pros:So the good - great facility - great breakfast - good beds. All of the basic things you expect from a hotel. I have stayed here numerous times and have always thought this hotel was "top notch". But this time a little bit less so.

Cons:The frustrating/irritating parts. 1.) Room keys that quit working around 8:30 AM on the day of checkout. I had to go down to the lobby twice before I finally got a key that worked. 2) housekeeping came knocking at 8:15. I had not even thought to put the do not disturb sign out yet. But they woke up my daughter who was still adjusting to this time zone. I had picked her up at the nearby airport the previous night late. 3.) Elevators not working - there are really no interior stairs in this facility; and since all of the elevators on our side of the building were out of service - I had to "walk around" to the other side to the very busy elevators to get to the lobby more times than I wanted to. Especially to get replacement keys. I think a minimum service level would be to have at least one elevator on each side working. 4.) Pool was murky and not very warm. And I was the only one in it. Summarizing: The staff were very kind and friendly - the food and service great - but facility seems to be in need of maintenance. I don't think house keeping should be knocking before 9:30 AM.

Pros:Front check in / service was excellent, Location is superb, for those that fly in. Free Shuttle service :To and from the Airport & any were within 3 miles* morning noon till night . Mr Mike will get you into town for your average needs and always with a smile., The in house Breakfast every morning was delicious ! THANK YOU { Chef Jeffery} . My favorite {Western no jalapenos } OMG there awesome !! { Indoor pool and gym } {Open Bar and snacks 5:30-7:30 p.m }. Excellent housekeeping, Taxi service to Nashville and back cheaper than renting a car . In house Dinning { The TEN dinning room } has very good meals and entertainment in the eve. We had a wonderful stay !

Cons:Be careful of pamphlets slipped under door for Pizza Orders. The Hotel is doing there best to stop these people . These Scammers are trying to get your C.C #. No Address on the Pamphlets is key.Play it safe>>>. See desk if you'd like to order Pizza for delivery.

Cons:The overall feel of the property's rooms was not up to par compared to the other Embassy Suites where we have stayed.

Pros:The made-to-order omelettes for breakfast and the manager's evening reception with free adult beverages. Although there were lines at both of these events they seemed reasonable and there were two omelette chefs working. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable stay. Close to airport with free shuttle.

Cons:The location is in the middle of an office park, but the downtown shuttle helps with this.

Cons:The breakfast area needed more help and more organization ..food was great !
