J/B (junction box) no. 1 ... far left of the steering column ... is given as location of the Power Main Relay. Did you remove the appropriate finish panel? Is there a reverse side that is accessible? Also, if you are having window problems, check the 10A Gauge Fuse, and the 30A Power fuse. The Power fuse is in the same box/vicinity as Power
Main Relay. The Gauge fuse should also be there. Joined

^ ... Two or three things can go wrong. There might be a wire between the front passenger door and the passenger side door frame that has broken ... Inspect the wire loom bundle within the door hinge area, if possible. There might be moisture, dust, or maybe a spilled beverage that is causing the window switch not to work. You can try
spraying electrical contact cleaner ... plastic safe version ... into the window switch ... work the switch a few times. If nothing so far provides improvement, then you will probably have to remove the passenger interior door panel, and get a voltmeter to determine at what point ... how far along the circuit ... the electrical power is getting, or if the switch is working properly. On a 94 model car, with a lot of door openings over the life of the vehicle, there is a good chance
that a wire in the door hinge area is no longer intact. ... Take a good look at it, if possible.

If not located on the left kick panel area on the drivers side, then look under the steering column. You should see an air vent box. Remove the box by taking out three bolts. Once the box is removed, you will see an air vent tube. Remove the tube, the fuses are hidden behind the tube.
