Your account has been disabled on app store and itunes

Hi All,

Just thought I’d let you know about an issue I had this morning.

Woke up, tried to update apps and was given the “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.” This has never happened to me before so I jumped onto the online chat and the person literally linked me to the legal terms and conditions and told me to just make a new account lol.

So I called the support line and the bloke looked at my account and was immediately un suspended / un locked. Super bizarre.

This is just for people that may have similar problems today or over the next few days. Don’t panic but call your support line rather then the online chat support, they were useless.

I’m located in Australia and I use the IphoneXR.
