Pork fat is great for salting, curing it and adding to a charcuterie board or rendering for lard. The fat of the pig adds a great deal of flavour to any dish!
These pigs are forest-finished for an undeniably enhanced flavour. Like all of our products, our pork is completely antibiotic and
hormone-free, given vegetable feed with no soy products.
All our pork products are professionally butchered, quickly flash-frozen and vacuum-packed.
We work with farms that only produce the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised local meats. All pork is Federally or Provincially Inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.
