What is cd in genshin impact

I just got this sword. Does anyone know which characters benefits the most from this or if it is even worth it?

I have MC with Descension and Keqing with Rancour (apparently she is better with Stinger but is what I have so far), and I don't know if the Sacrificial sword is of any use.

Any insight would be appreciated.

What are the effects of sacrificial sword? I can't remember well right now.
I have it to, but from what i remember i havent equipped it to anyone.

CD=cool down equip it to a character whose elemental burst do you want to use over and over

I don't believe it works well with elemental bursts, since you need to have the energy to. It's mostly to use with the R2 attack and i believe it wil only be usefull for skills with long cooldown.

I use it with my Keqing, I can often get her elemental burst ready to use again before it's even reached CD thanks to being able to spam the R2, hope I can pull some more to refine it at some point.

Basically set up water swords (or your preference) > switch to Keqing > elemental burst > R2 > R2 > elemental burst > switch to whoever if the group or mob is still alive.

I'd use it on characters who's ability hits multiple times. More hits means a better chance at the ability activating.

Set bonus from artifacts. There is a stat for it in the details. Isn't right now the only way to get a bonus there is 5% from anemo resonance?

5pc artifact set that leaked right after launch showed CD reduction as the 3pc bonus if I recall correctly. 5pc was a bunch of crazy things including +100% attack when a shield is active, increased attack speed, and more.

There is no other general CD reduction, but Chongyun C2 or 4pcs Gambler or 4pcs Thundering Fury are other options.

I've seen creative teams. Jean wearing 4pcs TF with Chongyun and Fischl to get super short Gale Blade CDs.

Feel like there will be an attack speed one at some point. I would also assume there will also be an elemental damage bonus one. I think I would be way more annoyed at a power creep artifact set than character. All the grind for nothing.

Probably not but there's a lot of 4-stars that would get SO much better with improved uptime.
