Abstract
The Fourth Users Meeting for the Advanced Photon Source (APS) was held on May 7--8, 1991 at Argonne National Laboratory. Scientists and engineers from universities, industry, and national laboratories came to review the status of the facility and to look ahead to the types of forefront science that will be possible when the APS is completed. The presentations at the meeting included an overview of the project; critical issues for APS operation; advances in synchrotron radiation applications; users perspectives, and funding perspectives. The actions taken at the 1991 Business Meeting of the Advanced Photon Source Users Organization are also documented.

Sturdy Ice Pick which does the job and saves the joints!
My husband and I are both impressed with the design and handling of this ice chopper. He had shoulder surgery last month, but found it was very easy to handle with his good arm, due to the lighter (but still adequate) weight. I was able to use it without strain on a poor shoulder, with help from the spring technology which reduces impact. The blade seems to be doing a great job on some really stubborn ice dams by our doors, and holding up well. We found a good sprinkling of ice melt the day before made the job that much easier. And the price can’t be beat. Thanks for providing a great product!

Very useless qhen it has heavy ice on the ground and you use this product it is a lifesaver after you brela ice and clean with a shovel and then you done. Then you add salt to the ground to prevent anymore ice buildup after the snow storm. Thank you Snow Joe for making a excellent product. I would order another one for backup. Thank you again.

When you live way up North you need a good ice chopper.
When you live in Northern Minnesota you need good winter tools including a good ice chopper. I used the Snow Joe the day it was delivered to remove ice from my walk and it worked great. The spring in the handle saves my shoulders.
