We had a big group, 11 in total, and 5 had some fall injuries. We mentioned it to the staff, and their only solution was to
guide us to the property doctor. The floors continued to be dangerous. The food was mediocre. We heard from other guests about their disappointment. They mentioned that the cuisine at other properties was more outstanding than at Secrets. I can agree with their statements. I was excited to enjoy some Dominican cuisine, which was a huge letdown. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were limited. Also, the buffet had options, but most of the items were not hot. For example, my husband ordered
a slice of pizza from the oven. He took a bite, and it was frozen. The liquor was okay. There weren't options for top liquor. Also, if you are ordering from the bars at night, be ready for a wait. It was disappointing to order a mojito and wait for over 40 minutes. My husband walked to the bar to ask about the drinks. The friend's drinks were ready, but my drink was never done. They told him, "We don't have any more mint leaves," yet nobody bothered to mention this to me. And the drinks aren't
