The pool was amazing, I spent all 3 days lounging around in it. Staff was super friendly and responsive.

The staff both day and night were absolutely wonderful. I don’t recall the person working night shift, however she was extremely helpful and understanding.

Well when I looked on hotels.com the day of My stay the room with a balcony was the same price as my basic room. I asked the girl at the front desk if we can have that one instead. She said no. I asked if we can be by the pool area. She said in a rude tone “well you’re on the 3rd floor you just have to take the elevator down and you just walk to the door.” I didn’t say anything after that. We got to the room and the hallway was stuffy and hot. We were at the way end of the hall no where near the pool. We go in and the room is so small. Nothing like the picture shows. The bed was so uncomfortable my back still hurts. This room cost $211.00 for 1 night and to leave with back pain stinks! I wanted a drink at the bar downstairs, so my husband and I go down to the bar and no one was there. So a woman came and went to locate the bartender. He comes and rolls his eyes like we inconvenienced him. I said I wanted a margarita and my husband asked about different drinks and as he was answering he acted like we were getting on his nerves. It was horrible service. I wanted to go swimming but the hotel shares the pool the the other hotel next to it, so the pool was so crowded we had no chance at swimming. The pictures of the Pool make it look so much bigger but in fact it’s so small. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wish I would have chosen the Hilton across the street.
