The Annual Greater Mankato Area FALL CITY WIDE GARAGE SALE is set for Friday, September 15th & Saturday, September 16th this year!

As the official sponsor, The Free Press Media is offering FREE garage sale kits with any paid ad for this event! Ads start at just $7.95! Deadline to submit your garage sale ad is Wednesday, September 13th at 12pm NOON!

Go backJust as we do every year, we have put together the most complete 2022 Minnesota City Wide Garage Sales List in the state, including all city-wide and large neighborhood-wide sales.
It was exciting to see the Minnesota City-Wide Garage Sales season almost back to normal last year. For 2022, we should be seeing it back to all its glory with lots of greater Minnesota, Metro Area and Twin Cities Garage Sales filling up the list.
(While we expect garage sales to be in full swing again this year, when they were being canceled previously for health considerations, we wrote this post on Garage Sale Alternatives, which you can still use this year if you’re looking for a way to sell your stuff – or buy some stuff – other than garage sales.)
This year marks the TWELFTH annual listing of city-wide, town-wide and neighborhood sales throughout the state of Minnesota! A whole dozen years!
We greatly appreciate all of the people and organizations who contact us to provide us with information about their sales each year to make putting together this list a bit easier.
The garage sale list is a huge project that takes many, many hours of work. I’m happy to see so many people using the list and am honored by all your kind comments about it.

All of the sales below are those that we have been able to confirm the dates either via the city or town hosting the event, a local resident or a reader with information about the sale.
NOTE: This is a work in progress. If you know of any confirmed sale dates that I have not yet listed, please let me know by leaving a comment here or e-mail me and I will get it added to the list. We will post a notification on our Facebook page when we do a major update of the list.
