Great playhouse for kids..

Looks great and relatively easy to put together, but takes a few hours. Instructions are easy to follow. Everything was labeled properly. Don't over tighten the screws since the wood isn't super strong, but it's durable enough. Got it for my 7 year old and 19 month old and they both love it.

Arrived open, broken, and missing pieces!

This house arrived in an open box with 2 missing pieces. It was also broken in 3 spots. I bought it for my kids playroom and was planning on painting it but didn't expect to have to buy extra parts and fix broken parts. I haven't put it together yet bc frankly I'm really annoyed I spent $300 on something broken. The delivery driver also just dropped off the box on our newly planted bushes and crushed them by the heavy weight of the box. Frankly I wish I ordered a different house from kidkraft's website.

We're very sorry to hear that your playset arrived with damaged parts! Please send an email to customerservice@kidkr...
