Jumpin jacks water ski show 2023

The largest and longest running show water ski tournament in the world and the Wisconsin Rapids Aqua Skiers have been the humble hosts since 1967.

The tournament takes place the third full weekend of July every summer at Red Sands Beach, Lake Wazeecha in Wisconsin Rapids. The Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships is a full four day tournament and features 24 of Wisconsin’s best show water ski teams and 75 individuals competing for a chance to compete at the National Water Ski Show Championships. Teams are given one hour to put on their best themed performance for the thousands of spectators that pack Red Sands Beach. The tournament continues to grow every year and now features a beer garden, concessions stands, various different vendors, and tournament clothing.

In 2021 the tournament filled all hotels in the Wisconsin Rapids and Plover area for the extended weekend and brought in over $1.4 million dollars in revenue to the Wisconsin Rapids Area! This year the tournament committee is planning on the tournament being even larger with the addition of swivel pairs and a barefoot figure 8 completion on Thursday.

Upcoming Tournament Dates:

2022 Dates: July 21-24 2023 Dates: July 20-23

Visit the Wisconsin Rapids Conventions and Visitors Bureau website for lodging, dinning and things to do while you're in town for the tournament.

Clear Lake Ski Club (CLSC) and Ski School Capital Campaign

Celebrating over sixty years of tradition, the CLSC continues to thrive with over sixty youth members annually. Our youth experience summers building and performing the annual ski show, hosting community events, and participating in teambuilding and social activities.

The CLSC fosters the development of lifelong friendships and the appreciation of continuing the special legacy of the Clear Lake Community. Additionally, our Ski School provides a unique opportunity for Clear Lake youth to develop and experience water sports disciplines not available otherwise. The Ski School will continue to teach our members show skiing, pyramid building, ballets, crosses, jumping, barefooting, riding a disc, air chair, and more.
