AUSTIN (KXAN) — Temperatures remained chilly Thursday as clouds thickened up early in the day. Patchy light rain began moving into the area late in the afternoon. Lowering clouds, fog, drizzle and patchy light rain are expected into Friday morning.
With precipitation ending, mostly to partly cloudy skies will return Friday afternoon with noticeably warmer temperatures in the 70s in many areas.
Our next cold front arrives Saturday morning with a brief shot of rain (10%) and afternoon temperatures falling back to the 50s and 60s.
A very persistent pattern of mild, but cloudy weather, with low rain chances will continue through next week.
Central Texas’ Cedar season has begun
