Grilled Kabobs Recipe
Kabobs as they are known in the United States or kebabs as they are called in Britain.
Both are the same thing meat on a skewer. With the Air Fryer, you can get skewers and a stand that fits your Air Fryer.
If you do have this accessory, you can still use bamboo skewers. The accessories set contains 3 skewers so you need at least one more skewer.
I used a bamboo skewer as these are thick and about the same size as the iron skewers.
If you own a grill pan, use it in this recipe. You can put the skewers straight onto the grill pan so you can get those grill lines.
If you do not own a grill pan no worries just use the grill stand or put the skewers in your Air Fryer pan.
