Notes: This Peach Kettle Sour was made with Greek yogurt, peach concentrate, and a Saison yeast strain. The Lacto strains in the yogurt eat some of the sugars to produce the tart character, which balances the peachy sweetness.

Pours out clear, golden orange, with some white head. Nose is peach first. Taste is subtle sour acidity, with tart peach notes. Lovely drinkable light body. A very pleasant sour.

Pours a brilliant, clear golden color. Two finger, white sudsy head. Head dissipates pretty quickly leaving no residual head. Aroma has notes of yogurt, peach, wheat and some light light tart notes.

Taste follows the nose with notes of wheat and greek yogurt, fresh peach and a hint of lemon-y citrus. Moderately tart. Refreshing finish. Fee is light, tart, bright. Moderate carbonation. Semi-dry finish.

Overall it is a lovely fruited sour - easy drinking, light, refreshing and not filling.

Got a 6 pack from Bridge Street Market in GR. Poured into a goblet.

L: Pours a clear golden color as expected from the style. Has a short white head that dissipates fast, leaving little bits of white lacing.

S: Smells of apples, peaches, lactase, wheat.

T: Tastes sweet, like apple juice, hints of peach, not very sour though.

M: Fairly carbonated, balances with the light flavor, is pretty refreshing.

O: I mean it's a good fruit beer, I don't know about the sour though.

Good sour peach flavor is there and not artificial somewhat dry but mixes well with the base sour beer. Picked this up from the Vintage Estate in Ohio for just a couple bucks. Definitely would drink again!

I'm not really big on sour beers but I have to say this one was refreshing. The sour portion of this isn't overly sour so that really helped the peach flavor stand out. And the sourness allowed it to not be overly sweet. Good summer beer but I don't know if I could have more than one.

12 oz can split with my wife and poured into wine glasses. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a moderate off-white head. Decent lacing. Aroma and flavor feature tart peach, some citrus, wheat, and a hint of spice and minerality (from the saison yeast, I assume). Overall a solid fruited kettle sour.

Pours a transparent gold with a white head that dissipates quickly. Smell is mostly greek yogurt with hints of peaches and very faint smells of grainy sweetness. Taste has some peachy freshness undertones followed by a tangy, plain yogurt like sour. The sourness is balanced by enough sweetness to make it less sour than others in my opinion. It's not heavily carbonated which does not add or detract from the experience, but it is incredibly easy to drink. Overall pretty good and a great sour to try if you don't like most sours.

This beer reminds me that Revolution is more versatile and creative than I usually give them credit for. I bought this on the remainder build-your-own-6-pack shelf at Binny's... which indicates that this release was on its way out; coupled with the most recent reviews being in August. But I think Revolution should bring back Freedom of Speach. It is a concept that always needs support.

While just above average in Looks for BWs, Freedom of Speach Smell of ... peaches; but without too much tart. More intriguing are the Tastes of tart peaches, not really sour in my book (and I am sour-sensitive.) I'm not sure how they achieve this; might be the lactic. But the truth is that Freedom of Speach Feels right in my mouth, balancing sweet and tart. Effective.

A pretty nice peach kettle sour. Not intensely peachy, not intensely tart or sour, but a refreshing beer that you can enjoy without having to focus on.

Had at The Gage, Chicago, on draft into odd stemmed cylindrical glass.

Aroma a bit muted, but plenty of peach flavor, which unfortunately also lessens the tartness a bit.

Clear light amber with a persistent fuzzy white blanket leaving brick layers of lace.

Tart and creamy of lactic acid, the smooth body finishes semi-dry and pops of mild lemon-lime notes.

Appearance: Pours a beautiful bright crisp lemon color with a giant foamy head that lingers and lingers. Stunning.
Aroma: Aromas of peach and some pear and apricot. A crackery, cereal malt underneath.
Flavor: Taste follows the nose with a strong fruity peach flavor, This is followed by a slightly sweet vanilla bread and milky malts.
Finish: Light and crisp, but a little creaminess is quite pleasant in the body. Mildly sweet. A slightly tart finish that leaves a pleasant astringency on the tongue.

Overall: A quality beer right here. Fruity with a creamy milk sweetness, yet it finishes clean, crisp, and tart. I agree with other reviews that the tartness is slightly attenuated at the expense of sweetness. Sides a tad toward the cream ale style, yet the final product is well done nonetheless. Besides, who ever wanted an overly tart peach?
