2012 BMW 6 Series - Great drive but a little tight on space.
Still a head turner, the BMW 650i M Sport drives exceptionally well, reaching 60 miles per hour in less than 5 seconds as it is pulled along by the twin turbo V8 power plant. When in Sports mode, the exhaust gurgle makes you smile and there is no better sound track you'll need. Cabin quality is exceptional, layout of the switches and buttons are arranged artistically with a sweeping silhouette, affirming the car's status as a premium sports coupe.
Had an impromptu race with a Cadillac ATS, no prizes for guessing who won! The race lasted a mere 10 seconds, and the after a blonde in a convertible started a conversation with me about my car!
Rare, sleek and comfortable. These are key attributes for a true touring coupe made for the open roads. I particularly like the premium sound system by Bang & Olufsen, which is a must have option for any audio enthusiast.
The car can feel a tad heavy at times, as it was not built for the track but for comfort and prestige. Rear seat room is not for adults.

Beyond all the power, technology and feature advantages, the 2012 BMW 6 Series is less pricey and more flexible (larger) than the Mercedes-Benz SL and enjoys a better reputation for quality than the Jaguar XK.
You May Not Like This Car If...
The smaller, 2-seat 2012 Mercedes-Benz SL feels sportier behind the wheel than the 2012 BMW 6 Series, and the 2012 Jaguar XK has a richer interior.
